The Cupcake Swap...

Hey everyone,

I hope you've all had a lovely sunny weekend! Mine was made even sweeter by receiving my Cupcake Swap parcel from the lovely LissyLou! This fantastic swap was organised by Jodi of Oh Sew Beautiful and I was so excited to join in as I love cupcakes, almost as much as I love tea!

These fantastic parcels were waiting for me when I got home from a lovely night out on Friday! Hence, my apologies for the poor picture quality!

Lovely parcels in pretty cupcakes paper!

My lovely swap presents!

The lovely LissyLou obviously picked up on my love of baking and provided me with lots of supplies to do just that! Fantastic easy peasy cake mix (I can't wait to use this when I'm short of time!), pretty pink sprinkles & lovely pastel coloured cupcake cases.

Then especially for me she made a beautifully stitched coaster with a pretty little cupcake on, and of course a lovely cupcake mug to go on top of it. Then there was a lovely cupcake notebook, which I have already used to plan a special cake related event I will be talking about soon!

Lastly, and my favourite bit, was a stunning smelling cupcake fragranced yankee candle! It smells divine and the recycled wrapping paper has made my whole hallway smell beautiful.

Thank you so much Lissylou!

Unfortunately, my parcel which I sent some weeks ago never arrived! Lissylou has been patiently waiting to bring it up with the post office, as mine said there is nothing I can do! I am hoping it will still arrive, as I tried to make a very special parcel, including some handmade bits, and I forgot to photograph it all before I sent it!

If it doesn't arrive and can't be chased up, I will have to get inventive.
